Bookings

Appointments are confirmed once they have been agreed by phone, message or email. Please arrive on time; a late arrival may mean a shortened treatment so the following client is not delayed.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on this website are current at the time of booking and are the same at Bliss Beauty and at the home salon. Payment is due at the appointment by cash or bank transfer unless agreed otherwise.

Health and suitability

Some treatments are not suitable with certain medical conditions, allergies, medications or during pregnancy. Please disclose anything relevant when booking, so a treatment can be adapted or, where necessary, declined. A patch test may be required before tinting treatments, at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointment locations

Treatments take place either at Bliss Beauty in Saltash or at the therapist’s private home salon. Clients travel to the location booked. The therapist reserves the right to decline a treatment if it would not be safe or appropriate to proceed.

Results

Treatments are carried out to a professional standard, but individual results vary with skin type, hair growth and aftercare. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

Liability

The business holds professional insurance. Liability is not excluded where it cannot lawfully be excluded. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical information and for following aftercare advice.
